Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support for export activities, ensuring correct contractual formalization, financial control, and compliance with the area's obligations in accordance with internal policies and market practices.
- Contract Management
- Verify contractual deadlines, commercial clauses, volumes, shipping terms and other agreed terms according to business confirmation;
- Review and issue international purchase and sale contracts for commodities;
- Monitor, request and control contract signatures and other related activities;
- Financial Control and Payments
- Review and control international and domestic payments (related to goods, service providers, among others).
- Validate supporting documents (invoices, tax invoices, bank receipts) ensuring compliance with contracts and internal policies;
- Monitor payment deadlines and assist in mitigating operational and financial risks.
- International Execution Operations
- Prepare proposals for circles, washouts and bookouts;
- Manage and calculate laytime;
- Process commission payments to brokers after verification of the operation and contract;
- Controls and Compliance
- Keep controls updated in internal systems and tracking spreadsheets;
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and clarifications;
- Area Support
- Perform other export-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Previous experience with administrative activities and/or contracts, preferably in international execution of grain operations;
- Advanced/Fluent English.
