Responsibilities
- Drive the development and promotion of AI offerings
- Prepare and deliver impactful AI tool demonstrations, workshops, and presentations tailored to client needs
- Develop commercial proposals for AI solutions, aligning technology capabilities with business objectives
- Identify and assess business opportunities, proposing customized AI-driven solutions that leverage both internal and external technologies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal PwC stakeholders, drawing on proven experience in implementing AI and technology solutions — preferably within AML/CFT, Anti-Financial Crime, Managed Services, or related domains
- Support marketing initiatives and contribute to the creation of promotional materials that highlight AI capabilities
- Actively contribute to the development and refinement of AI product strategies and service offerings
- Deliver professional presentations and live demonstrations that showcase the value of AI in solving complex business challenges
- Manage the delivery of AI technology projects — from solution definition and design to implementation, stabilization, and ongoing support
- Collaborate across teams and functions, ensuring seamless execution and direct engagement with clients, including regular reporting to senior stakeholders
- Take on additional organizational responsibilities to support the broader Technology team agenda.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business and technology advisory or consulting with a strong focus on AI and data-driven solutions
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales support of AI and technology services
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing AI-powered solutions addressing complex business challenges
- Solid understanding of the Financial Services industry
- Experience in areas such as AML / CFT / Anti-Financial Crime, Managed Services, or similar domains is a strong asset, especially where AI has been applied to enhance operational efficiency or compliance
- Proven ability to navigate complex, international environments, managing diverse stakeholder interests and driving consensus around AI solution strategies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deconstruct complex business problems, shape AI-enabled strategies, and guide decision-making based on data-driven insights
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks dynamically and lead teams toward successful delivery of AI initiatives
- Practical knowledge of business analysis methods and tools, especially those supporting the identification of AI opportunities and technology-enabled process improvements
- Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall) and their application in AI solution delivery
- Demonstrate a clear and proactive communication style, instrumental in cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders
- Experience in leading meetings and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders, particularly in the context of AI strategy and solution design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
