About the role

  • Responsible for sending performance reports: (debt report, negative penetration, churn funnel, clustering, and monitoring the main indicators of customer portfolio management and month-by-month volume variance per customer, among others);
  • Manage service tickets (opening and tracking cards and requests for release and settlement of receivables);
  • Monitor order management: (send reports three times a day with invoiced and pending orders, along with their statuses and reasons; interact with the GEL team to update billing forecasts and open tickets for release when necessary);
  • Support cross-selling, focusing on updating information such as stock/availability, invoiced products, pending products and lead times;
  • Provide administrative support to managers with hotel reservations, scheduling, preparing slides, consolidating materials, etc.

Requirements

  • Experience: Administrative support to the commercial/sales team;
  • Soft skills: Communication and interpersonal skills (very important); organization and analytical thinking;
  • Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (completed)
