Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Solid experience in administrative functions, contract control, and budget planning and monitoring.
Experience in preparing, executing and monitoring budgets.
Experience with integrated management systems (ERP) and financial control tools.
Preferable experience in public institutions, foundations or large organizations.
Experience in contract management routines such as: billing analysis, balance projection, invoice payments, contract term monitoring, drafting contract templates, collecting signatures, posting invoices in the system, entering contract data into the system, and analyzing and monitoring approval limits.
Processing national and international payments via SAP and TOTVS.
Management, control, organization, continuous improvement, drafting and reviewing procedures and area guidelines, delivering training and onboarding employees.
Purchase requests for materials and services, order follow-up, supplier contact (price negotiation and contract alignment).
