Internship position for Administration students at Easy Live. Analyzing data for system registration and managing supplier relations.
About the role
- Support the lifecycle strategy for the C&A Pay card and the C&A Card;
- Update and create presentations for campaigns or other related matters;
- Update FAQs and general information about C&A Pay on the website;
- Review legal texts and regulations;
- Support day-to-day meetings by organizing agendas and documenting decisions;
- Support requests for the Marketing, CRM, Tech, Analytics, Credit teams, etc.;
- Prepare and request the distribution of communications for the Operations area;
- Respond to and track tickets (related to Pay actions) via JIRA;
- Audit processes and in-store pilots;
- Test coupons/discount mechanics in-store and on the website/app;
- Regularly test customer journeys in-store and on e-commerce;
- Support responses to PROCON and Customer Service (SAC) matters (Pay and Bradescard);
- Work on invoice processes (opening requisitions, recording and follow-up) and commissions (opening tickets, coordinating with accounting).
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields;
- MS Office (Intermediate level);
- Organization and time management;
- Interest in technology and financial products;
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
