Responsibilities
Provide essential administrative support to our Underwriting teams
Send out renewal invitations and non-express renewals to brokers
Process new policies and renewals in the underwriting system
Prepare Certificates of Currency and manage related documents
Follow up on outstanding and upcoming renewals and new business
Maintain broker information and manage logins to our online system
Answer phone calls and take messages
General administration and office duties as required
Requirements

Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
