About the role

  • Provide essential administrative support to our Underwriting teams
  • Send out renewal invitations and non-express renewals to brokers
  • Process new policies and renewals in the underwriting system
  • Prepare Certificates of Currency and manage related documents
  • Follow up on outstanding and upcoming renewals and new business
  • Maintain broker information and manage logins to our online system
  • Answer phone calls and take messages
  • General administration and office duties as required

Requirements

  • Professional and positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and in a team
  • Excellent customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Experience in a busy, high-volume environment
  • Administration and customer experience highly regarded
