Clinic Manager overseeing daily operations and patient care at Medcor's occupational health clinic. Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure effective clinic workflows and logistics.
About the role
- Manage product listings: create, edit, optimize listings for accuracy, compliance, discoverability and brand alignment
- Maintain product pricing & profitability: monitor and adjust pricing, track SKU-level profitability, flag underperforming listings
- Enroll eligible SKUs into TikTok promotional campaigns, track enrollment windows and discount structures
- Monitor shop health & violations and resolve issues swiftly to maintain account health
- Analyze performance metrics: sales velocity, traffic, conversion rate, top-performing SKUs; identify trends and recommend optimizations
- Track & report daily numbers across active shops; deliver daily reports highlighting wins, red flags and campaign outcomes
- Test product imagery & listings with creative teams; run A/B tests and track impact on CTR and conversion
- Stay updated on TikTok Shop features and implement changes to improve workflows
- Coordinate with marketing, creators and operations to sync listings with inventory, campaign schedules, and promotional goals
- Meet KPIs: maintain 99%+ listing compliance, address violations within 24 hours, enter 100% eligible SKUs into campaigns, launch 2–3 image/copy tests per week
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and task ownership
- Experience managing eCommerce product listings and platforms (Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, etc.)
- Proficiency with Excel/Sheets, analytics dashboards, and reporting tools
- Ability to interpret performance metrics and make optimization decisions
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center and campaign tools (nice-to-have)
- Prior experience in backend operations, compliance, or data analysis (nice-to-have)
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, operations) (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of performance marketing or TikTok algorithm behavior (nice-to-have)
- Comfortable with hands-on execution and managing multiple dashboards
