Responsibilities
- Perform the complete accounting cycle
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Process monthly billing, intercompany billing and monitor follow-up
- Record various receipts
- Enter payroll journal entries and reconcile these entries
- Prepare month-end and year-end files and prepare adjusting entries
- Contribute to the production of monthly financial statements and perform various analyses
- Assist with the preparation of various monthly and annual reports as required by management
- Participate in optimizing procedures and processes by sharing your ideas
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- DEC (College Diploma) in Management Accounting or a combination of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Familiarity with Hopem, CTRL and SenSass software – an asset
- Knowledge of the real estate and construction sector (CCQ) – an asset
