Responsibilities
Perform the complete accounting cycle
Prepare bank reconciliations
Process monthly billing, intercompany billing and monitor follow-up
Record various receipts
Enter payroll journal entries and reconcile these entries
Prepare month-end and year-end files and prepare adjusting entries
Contribute to the production of monthly financial statements and perform various analyses
Assist with the preparation of various monthly and annual reports as required by management
Participate in optimizing procedures and processes by sharing your ideas
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
DEC (College Diploma) in Management Accounting or a combination of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Familiarity with Hopem, CTRL and SenSass software – an asset
Knowledge of the real estate and construction sector (CCQ) – an asset
