About the role

  • Accountant managing all bookkeeping responsibilities, including budgeting and financial statements for Sikla in Switzerland. Contributing to administrative operations and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Full responsibility for all accounting activities
  • Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and the general ledger
  • Controlling tasks such as budget planning
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Handling settlements with insurance providers and tax authorities
  • Preparation for audits
  • Active involvement in HR administration
  • Performing additional administrative tasks in day-to-day operations

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration (BWL) or a professional qualification in Finance and Accounting
  • Several years of professional experience in an SME
  • Strong MS Office and ERP skills, ideally SAP
  • Professional manner and good interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of HR administration and contract management
  • Accuracy, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
