About the role
- Accounting Manager managing operational accounting processes and supporting cross-department collaborations at Natsana. Role involves working closely with various teams for efficient financial management.
Responsibilities
- Take on a central role in operational accounting.
- Ensure efficient, digitally supported accounting processes.
- Work closely with various departments such as Sales, Purchasing and Controlling.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Independently pre-code incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Post financial transactions using DATEV Unternehmen online.
- Maintain and further develop the ERP system with regard to invoicing and accounting processes.
- Process invoice runs using digital approval tools such as Candis.
- Maintain vendor and customer master data.
- Handle retail sales including cash reconciliations, payment matching and revenue postings.
- Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB).
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., industrial clerk, tax clerk) or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in accounting or certified bookkeeping/balance-sheet accounting
- Good knowledge of accounting and experience with DATEV, particularly DATEV Unternehmen online
- Confident use of digital tools and ERP systems; experience in system maintenance and support is an advantage
- Experience with approval tools like Candis is desirable
- Structured, independent and precise working style
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a high level of service orientation
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- German language skills at least at C-level (CEFR)
