About the role
- Prepare, issue, and monitor client invoices, ensuring VAT, legal, and contract compliance
- Follow up on payments, manage reminders, and reconcile invoices professionally
- Review project budgets, analyze margins, and support analytic closures
- Track event profitability (P&L per project) and provide insights to project teams
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across finance and projects to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting related to client accounts and project analytics
Requirements
- 5+ years of accounting experience in Client Accounting / Accounts Receivable
- Fluent in spoken and written English & French
- Higher education degree in finance, accounting, or management
- Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting tools
- Rigorous, autonomous, analytical, and a collaborative team player
- Experience with event industry finance or project analytics (nice to have)
- Experience with accounting software (Sage, Oracle, or similar) (nice to have)
