About the role
- Preparation of corporate bookkeeping and annual financial statements in accordance with LUXGAAP
- Perform adjustments of foreign property accounting to comply with LUXGAAP and the Alternative Investment Fund law
- Coordinate financial operations with external parties to address liquidity, fiscal, and legal risks and resolve issues within real estate structures
- Provide support to external tax advisors, auditors, and property managers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, economics, business, tax consultancy, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
- Initial IFRS experience is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
