  • You actively work together with our partner restaurants in the UK
  • You prevent and reduce churn of our restaurant partners
  • You negotiate exclusive deals with our existing partners
  • You continuously analyse collected data and feedback
  • You play a key role in shaping our Account Management
  • You work closely with other teams from marketing, sales and product development

Requirements

  • You have excellent communication skills in English on a native-speaking level
  • You have already gained 3-4 years of professional experience in account management, sales or customer success/support
  • You come across professionally over the phone and via email
  • You are a skilled negotiator and have a strong power of persuasion
  • You work independently and in a structured manner
