About the role

  • Build real and meaningful relationships with our customers
  • Develop a strategy in partnership with our leadership to provide the best possible service
  • Work with our Sports Medicine customers to ensure product availability meets their needs
  • Take strategic responsibility for your area, working with customers to deliver for patients
  • Maximise sales revenue across the geography, impacting existing and new accounts to drive growth

Requirements

  • Experience developing and managing complex accounts in the medical device industry
  • Strong relationship building skills with clinical and non clinical partners
  • Strong business development background - with experience identifying and winning new accounts within an NHS/private hospital environment
  • Ability to continuously stay up-to-date with all NHS developments
  • Think like a business owner - assess their territory and the relevant franchise market to identify emerging trends and movements within the market
  • Valid UK Driving License
