Responsibilities
Achieve targeted sales revenue and margin for MLCC/E-Ceramics/Blanc Fixe/Polishing Powder in China.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the global Solvay organization using English as the working language.
Identify and capture new business opportunities.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support customer satisfaction and business growth.
Requirements
Relevant minimum 5 years of sales or account management experience in the chemical industry, electronics, related industries.
Experience managing key accounts with major electronics manufacturers (e.g., MLCC, passive components, or semiconductor companies) is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English.
Ability to manage multiple accounts independently and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Solid understanding of the electronics industry, especially for components like MLCC, is a plus.
