About the role
- Account Manager responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring success with ERP software solutions at a tech company.
Responsibilities
- Developing relationships with our growing customer base.
- Act as point of contact and advocate within the Customer Success Office.
- Conducting regular business reviews & customer meetings.
- Collaborating with Project Management Office on new customer implementations.
- Providing detailed proposals for new requirements & proactively introducing new products and services.
- Assisting Support team with managing tickets for assigned customers.
- Holding periodic service level reviews with assigned Customers.
- Meeting performance targets including revenue, credit control, interactions etc.
- Ensuring internal record keeping and reporting systems are kept up to date.
- Working with marketing to contribute to customer campaigns e.g. new product launches, webinars and events.
- Maintaining positive relationships with existing Customers with a view to providing future case studies/reference visits.
Requirements
- Diploma or qualification in Business Management or Accounting/Finance
- A minimum of 2 years Account Management and/or Customer Service experience
- Proven track record of achieving targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong & broad practical knowledge of ERP Software or experience with other Business Software.
- Somebody with experience and knowledge of Intact iQ will be at a distinct advantage
- Full Clean Drivers Licence
