Requirements
10+ years of healthcare or life sciences agency experience or experience in a fast-paced life sciences/healthcare organization.
AOR/DAOR agency experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Client-facing presence and interaction with C-Suite level must be demonstrated.
Flexible and agile, with the ability to quickly change course when the need arises.
Strong analytical and strategic-thinking abilities to carefully manage details while juggling multiple projects.
Ability to put together professional-looking documents and presentations.
Strong presentation/public speaking skills.
Ability to focus and work under pressure during tight deadlines with humor, tact, and professionalism.
This role requires the ability to be onsite at client 2-3 days per week in Princeton, NJ.
