About the role

  • Identify and engage potential clients to foster interest in AlignOps products and services
  • Schedule meetings (Strategy Sessions) for Account Executives and coordinate discovery sessions with qualified leads
  • Drive prospect engagement via a minimum of 135 daily outbound calls or 90 minutes of active talk time
  • Set 20+ Strategy Sessions per month and ensure 15+ monthly show-ups
  • Conduct direct outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn using personalized communication
  • Qualify outbound prospects and move them through the sales pipeline by identifying key needs and pain points
  • Build and maintain structured outreach cadences and leverage data/insights to optimize engagement
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless transitions and support closing
  • Conduct cold calls to diverse lead lists and re-engage dormant prospects
  • Continuously refine outreach techniques applying principles from "Challenger Sale," "Never Split the Difference," and "Extreme Ownership"
  • Stay up to date on assigned product line(s) and serve as a subject matter expert
  • Travel to and actively participate in industry trade shows as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as "Challenger Sale" is a plus
  • Proficient in using CRM tools, sales engagement platforms, and social media for outreach and lead tracking
  • Basic familiarity with data analysis to inform outreach strategies is a bonus
  • Ability to complete a minimum of 135 daily outbound calls or achieve 90 minutes of daily active talk time
  • Ability to set 20+ strategy sessions per month and ensure 15+ monthly show-ups
  • Ability to travel to industry trade shows as requested
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new tools and technologies
  • Must be located in the United States; preference for St. George, Utah (employees within a designated radius expected to work on-site)
