• Work with business, people team and Senior TA Manager to deliver a high calibre, slick end-to-end recruitment process at pace (from sourcing, attraction and selection to offer for all roles allocated)
• Process and screen external and internal applications, CVs and online profiles.
• Use available tools, such as LinkedIN, job boards, and company ATS to proactively source passive candidates in the market and promote RS and roles available
• Deliver qualified, pre-screened, high calibre candidates to the business within agreed timeframes
• Prepare and submit shortlists to hiring managers, driving pace of process to ensure great outcomes
• Support and manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle, maintaining excellent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Provide Senior TA Manager and stakeholder groups with regular updates and reports, along with any issues arising and solutions/mitigation being implemented
• Deliver internal or external recruitment events as appropriate for the areas that you manage
