About the role

  • IT Governance and Controls Analyst in UK IT Service Delivery at Zurich. Supporting design and management of IT controls with a focus on governance and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Support design, implementation, and management of IT controls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed governance policies
  • Assist in creating and updating IT governance policies
  • Lead IT control training and awareness programs
  • Perform control effectiveness testing and support audits
  • Track KPIs and prepare reports on compliance and governance effectiveness
  • Recommend improvements based on emerging threats and regulatory changes
  • Act as advisor to IT, risk, compliance, and business teams

Requirements

  • Experience in IT controls
  • Understanding of information security frameworks (ISO 2700x)
  • Knowledge of IT control standards and ITIL best practices
  • Solid knowledge of risk management and compliance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SharePoint and Power BI
