Plan and deliver complex audits, defining interim and target-state audit approaches
Collaborate with Group Audit’s Centres of Excellence
Apply innovative audit techniques to deliver meaningful and forward-looking outcomes
Develop and evolve a dynamic, risk-based audit plan for Zurich Cover-More
Determine audit scope, key risks, and right testing approaches
Deliver high-quality audits on time and within budget
Prepare and deliver clear, impactful audit reports to senior management
Build strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across Zurich Cover-More and Zurich Group
Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the audit team
Requirements
10+ years of Internal Audit, Risk, or Compliance experience in the insurance industry, or 8+ years in insurance business roles with strong exposure to risks and controls
Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, or relevant qualification (CPA, CIA, CISA or equivalent, MBA or equivalent an asset)
Strong knowledge of travel insurance or the ability to quickly understand its unique operational and risk dynamics
Deep understanding of Internal Audit Standards, audit methodology, and internal control frameworks, including strong report writing skills
Experience operating within complex, fast-moving, global organizations and navigating varying levels of audit maturity
Excellent relationship management, influencing, and stakeholder engagement capabilities across all seniority levels
Strong project leadership skills, with the ability to organize teams, prioritize effectively, and coach others to deliver high-quality audit outcomes
Meaningful experience or strong aptitude with new world skills such as Data Analytics, IT fundamentals, and GenAI-enabled audit techniques
