About the role

  • Program Manager leading the deployment of monetization features across urban markets for Zoox. Overseeing operational readiness and ensuring local payment compliance in a high-tech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of monetization features across new urban markets, ensuring local payment compliance and operational readiness.
  • Act as the central nervous system between Product, Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and Ops to ensure code-complete status and financial reconciliation accuracy.
  • Oversee the rigorous validation pipeline, including "on-vehicle" testing of payment hardware and software to guarantee a frictionless rider experience.
  • Own the "Monetization War Room"—triaging bugs, managing technical debt, and overseeing rapid resolution cycles to meet strict geofence launch deadlines.
  • Build and maintain the master "Workback Plan," translating high-level executive goals into granular, actionable milestones.
  • Identify systemic bottlenecks in the launch lifecycle and implement scalable improvements to our monetization workflows.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional experience, specifically in New Product Introductions (NPI) or launching complex technical systems at scale.
  • A multi-disciplinary background with a deep footprint in payments, billing architectures (e.g., SAP BRIM), or financial systems.
  • MBA preferred, or equivalent experience in a high-growth tech environment.
  • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude.
  • The ability to distill complex technical blockers into concise, executive-level status updates and strategic recommendations.
