- Develop project execution plans and milestone schedules, monitor project progress, identify potential risks and formulate contingency plans to achieve project objectives.
- Coordinate collaboration between suppliers and internal teams, optimize supply chain synergy efficiency, and ensure the smooth flow of parts procurement, production and delivery processes.
Requirements
- Master project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile/Scrum) and tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Excel).
- Proficient in automotive industry processes (R&D, production, supply chain, quality control) and technical basics.
- Strong cost accounting, budget control, and financial analysis capabilities.
- Excellent bilingual (Chinese-English) communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
- Collaboration skill/ risk management/ timing management.
- Problem-solving: Resolve bottlenecks in project advancement with data-driven solutions.
