About the role

  • Customer Quality Engineer in automotive manufacturing overseeing quality planning and customer approval processes. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on various quality assurance projects in Zhangjiagang, China.

Responsibilities

  • Quality planner for new projects (Quality target definition, APQP planning, quality gate review, launch readiness, supplier readiness, GP12, customer release...)
  • Customer approval for mass production change.
  • Customer audits and follow-up, CSR evaluation and negotiation.
  • Customer complaint handling and problem solving with the team.
  • Quality target definition for new project.
  • Cross-functional activities. (meetings, workshops…)
  • Sample quality assurance.
  • Lessons learnt for new projects.
  • Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above
  • Min.3 years working experience in automotive manufacturing enterprises
  • Project quality, quality planning or customer quality experience is required
  • Fluent in both written and oral English
  • Problem solving skills, communication skills, Teamwork.
