Responsibilities

  • Software administrator and communication interface to Vivendi support
  • 1st and 2nd level software support
  • Support for the company's users
  • Point of contact for key users in the respective work areas
  • Development of configuration and usage options for the software modules
  • Creation of user profiles and configuration of user permissions
  • Documenting the processes for the respective billing procedures
  • Creating training materials for each work area and conducting training sessions

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in nursing or computer science/IT
  • At least two years of professional experience
  • Knowledge of billing in the social care sector desirable
  • Experience with Vivendi-NG
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Hands-on mentality and decisive, confident approach
  • Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented working style
  • Customer/support-oriented mindset
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Willingness to pursue further training in Vivendi administration and quality management
