Responsibilities
Administer the benefits portfolio, analyzing and controlling invoices, and evaluating results, costs, and quality of services provided;
Verify meal, food and transportation allowances and other benefits provided to employees;
Assist in the administration of health insurance, dental plan, and other benefits;
Process enrollments and terminations for benefit registrations and verify payments to service providers;
Research new benefits, staying informed of market practices with the goal of always seeking the best cost–benefit ratio for the company and employees.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
Experience managing health contracts (medical plan, dental plan, life insurance);
Preferably experience in corporate environments serving multiple locations;
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Sorocaba.
