About the role

  • Benefits Analyst managing employee benefits, evaluating costs, and ensuring quality services. Collaborating with HR to administer health insurance and conduct market research for new benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the benefits portfolio, analyzing and controlling invoices, and evaluating results, costs, and quality of services provided;
  • Verify meal, food and transportation allowances and other benefits provided to employees;
  • Assist in the administration of health insurance, dental plan, and other benefits;
  • Process enrollments and terminations for benefit registrations and verify payments to service providers;
  • Research new benefits, staying informed of market practices with the goal of always seeking the best cost–benefit ratio for the company and employees.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields;
  • Experience managing health contracts (medical plan, dental plan, life insurance);
  • Preferably experience in corporate environments serving multiple locations;
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model in Sorocaba.
