About the role
- Psychologist or Psychotherapist providing one-to-one counselling and group interventions in Trust & Safety. Supporting professionals in online content industry to cope with psychological challenges.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one counseling online and in person.
- Facilitate in-person and remote group well-being interventions aimed at enhancing resilience and fostering healthy working relationships.
- Implement short-term, solution-focused interventions such as CBT, ACT, and SFBT.
- Assess and manage clinical risk to ensure client safety and well-being.
- Lead creative sessions using modalities such as art, movement, music, food, and culture.
- Maintain timely, clear, and accurate case notes and record session data.
- Keep clear and prompt communication with the clinical team.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Team Lead and adhere to professional and ethical standards.
- Stay informed about developments in Trust & Safety to ensure best practices.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Psychology or Psychotherapy.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- Registered with the Agence Régionale de Santé (ARS) and listed in the ADELI directory.
- Additional training in short-term, solution-focused therapies is a plus.
- Certification in suicide risk assessment (e.g., SafeTALK, ASIST) preferred.
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and videoconferencing tools.
- Strong data management and administrative skills.
- Able to adapt and perform in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
