About the role

Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
- Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed
Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) License
- Passion for geriatric rehabilitation and functional outcomes
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a multi-site, team-oriented environment
