About the role
- Mental Health Therapist providing therapy in a hybrid model for mental health care at Ellie Mental Health. Seeking creative individuals to join a dynamic and collaborative team in Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
- Maintain a caseload of 25 client sessions per week
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- Coordinate services with various personnel as needed
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
Requirements
- Master's degree in social work or behavioral sciences from an accredited college or university
- Licensed mental health professional (LCSW) in Pennsylvania
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Prefer candidates with creative and innovative approaches to mental health
- Prefer experience with children, adolescents, and teens
- Preferred experience with couples and families
