Responsibilities
Respond to a large number of inbound leads and existing customers through chat and email
Actively resolve prospect and customer inquiries to drive online business conversion rates
Become an expert on Zendesk products
Be the voice of our customers; understand their needs and make them champions
Conduct discovery calls, provide demos and help customers see value in purchasing Zendesk
Requirements
1+ year of full sales cycle experience; software/SaaS experience preferred
Real passion for Zendesk technology and quick ability to learn tools and processes
Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask a high volume of opportunities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, think strategically and excel at tactical execution
