Responsibilities

  • Perform Personnel Department activities.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Administer company benefits and implement salary policy.
  • Analyze company personnel costs.
  • Analyze salary information statistics.
  • Participate in negotiations with benefit plan providers.
  • Facilitate employee reintegration and adaptation.
  • Monitor and control PGR/PCMSO/LTCAT reports.
  • Manage condominium benefits (AM, VT, VA, VC, in-kind grocery basket, and life insurance).
  • Process hires, terminations, vacations, and payroll using the Domínio system.
  • Provide support to condominium managers (síndicos) and employees.
  • Apply and monitor the collective bargaining agreement.
  • Perform other activities related to the Personnel/HR area.

Requirements
