Responsibilities
Perform Personnel Department activities.
Participate in the onboarding process for new employees.
Administer company benefits and implement salary policy.
Analyze company personnel costs.
Analyze salary information statistics.
Participate in negotiations with benefit plan providers.
Facilitate employee reintegration and adaptation.
Monitor and control PGR/PCMSO/LTCAT reports.
Manage condominium benefits (AM, VT, VA, VC, in-kind grocery basket, and life insurance).
Process hires, terminations, vacations, and payroll using the Domínio system.
Provide support to condominium managers (síndicos) and employees.
Apply and monitor the collective bargaining agreement.
Perform other activities related to the Personnel/HR area.
