Responsibilities
- Monitor condominium managers' terms of office
- Prepare assembly meeting notices based on the condominium bylaws
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Draft assembly minutes for registration
- Send documents for signature and registration at the notary/registry office
- Assist condominium managers (síndicos), board members and residents via phone, email, in-person, WhatsApp and website
- Review and approve financial statements
- Distribute resolutions on matters discussed at assemblies
- Review condominium accounts and funds
- Monitor delinquencies (outstanding payments)
- Lead meetings and assemblies
- Prepare materials for assemblies (reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc.)
- Request assessments for hiring and termination of condominium staff
- Respond to financial reporting files
- Respond to service orders when relevant to the area of responsibility
- Review contracts and contract terms/expiration dates
- Monitor and provide support for AVCB renewals (fire department inspection certificate)
- Monitor and attend labor hearings
- Participate in training as needed to improve personal and professional knowledge related to the company's business
