About the role

  • Sales Manager responsible for driving sales and growth for ECP channel at ZEISS India. Manage and lead a motivated sales team while developing effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants
  • Use commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales
  • Deliver and educate the team in providing exceptional customer experience
  • Leads Execution of key components of marketing programs
  • New Project planning and execution
  • Work closely with the Regional Manager/Cluster Manager for developing sales strategies
  • Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal
  • Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting
  • Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
  • Lead the team to meet the business targets of Sales and Collection including agreed DSO

Requirements

  • Graduation in any stream, MBA in marketing or related subject
  • Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales of Consumer Driven product in optical, electronic or related industry
  • Well versed with SFDC and similar tools for reporting
  • Applicant should be at Sales consultant role who have managed this role for at least 2 years
  • Should be very good team player
