Responsibilities
Manage a team of highly motivated and attentive sales specialists and consultants
Use commercial acumen and competitor analysis to drive sales
Deliver and educate the team in providing exceptional customer experience
Leads Execution of key components of marketing programs
New Project planning and execution
Work closely with the Regional Manager/Cluster Manager for developing sales strategies
Provide market intelligence in term of business, product & proposal
Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales and collection forecasting
Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time
Lead the team to meet the business targets of Sales and Collection including agreed DSO
Requirements
Graduation in any stream, MBA in marketing or related subject
Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales of Consumer Driven product in optical, electronic or related industry
Well versed with SFDC and similar tools for reporting
Applicant should be at Sales consultant role who have managed this role for at least 2 years
