Responsibilities
Conduct regular on-site “wound rounds”
Instruct staff to assess wound progression and ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials
Maintain close contact with your clients (home care services, nursing homes)
Discuss wound healing progress and therapy complications for shared patients
Regularly consult with treating physicians to report current wound status and provide therapy recommendations
Work closely with our internal team to support prescription management
Build networks with other professional groups to ensure comprehensive wound care
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Paediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
Experience in managing chronic wounds desirable
Customer- and patient-oriented mindset
Business/entrepreneurial acumen
Flexibility
Ability to work independently and reliably
Driver’s license (Class B)
