About the role

Responsibilities
- Operate campaigns and journeys in Braze, with support from senior team members and the coordinator when needed.
- Create and review segmentations, trigger rules, templates, operational content, and configurations.
- Support testing, QA, and validations before publishing.
- Oversee executions and monitor basic operational metrics.
- Update operational reports and flag deviations or issues.
- Support documentation of flows, standards, and area routines.
- Participate in operational improvements and process evolution.
Requirements
- Previous experience in CRM, marketing automation, campaigns, or marketing operations.
- Familiarity with Braze and Insider platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Interest in deepening technical knowledge in CRM Ops.
- Experience with Braze.
- Experience with lifecycle campaigns, automated nurture flows, or transactional journeys.
- Solid knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel.
