Responsibilities
Providing prompt, professional, and empathetic customer support in French and English via chat, email, and other channels
Guiding users through the features and functionalities of our platform and educating them when needed
Resolving customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service and communication
Actively gathering and sharing customer feedback, working closely with product and development teams to improve the user experience
Monitoring customer satisfaction and contributing ideas to improve engagement and loyalty
Working in shifts, including late and night shifts
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service, support, or another client-facing role
Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Quick learner, comfortable working with complex systems and explaining them clearly to users
Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for helping people
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
