About the role

  • Sales Engineer managing projects and client interactions in Bavaria for ZAE-AntriebsSysteme. Focused on customer acquisition and offering industry-specific drive solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Project engineering and sales of industry-, application- and customer-specific drive solutions
  • In-person, written and telephone support of existing customers in the ZAE sales territory of Bavaria, and acquisition of new customers
  • Prepare, negotiate and bring offers to contract conclusion within company guidelines
  • Project support from acquisition through to series production readiness
  • Monitor, analyze and communicate market requirements and the competitive situation

Requirements

  • Degree in engineering or comparable qualification
  • Good knowledge of electromechanical drive technology
  • Professional experience in selling consultation-intensive components for industrial applications in machinery and plant engineering
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Confident presence and sensitivity to different cultures/mentalities
  • Ability to successfully implement target concepts in practice
  • Proficiency in office information and communication systems
  • Confident user of MS Office tools
