About the role
- CFO managing client mandates for startups including financial oversight and external CFO responsibilities. Leading various financial projects and collaborating with a young, qualified team.
Responsibilities
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für eigenen Kundenmandate – fachlich wie menschlich
- Begleitung unserer KMU- & Startup-Kunden als externe(r) CFO (& MandatsleiterIn)
- Projektleitung bei verschiedenen Kundenaufträgen im Finance/ Governance Kontext wie z.B. Einführung ESOP, Aufbau Controlling, Rulings, Umstrukturierungen, Prozess-Optimierungen, etc.
- Führung von Mandanten inkl. Jahresabschluss, Steuererklärung, etc.
- Splitt Projektleitung und Mandatsleitung bei aktueller Auftragslage ca. 50/50
- Fachliche Führung von KollegInnen
Requirements
- Fundierte Finanz-Ausbildung (Studium, WP, STEX, o.ä.)
- Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung mit Mandatsverantwortung – inkl. Jahresabschluss, Steuern und direkter Kundenführung
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Unternehmer:innen in komplexen Situationen wie Finanzierungsrunden, Umstrukturierungen oder OR 725-Themen
- Ausgeprägte Digital-Kompetenz
- Persönlichkeit mit Leadership-Qualitäten und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt
