About the role
- CFO managing client mandates for startups and SMEs in finance and governance. Leading project execution and financial services through digital transformation.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for your own client mandates — both technically and personally
- Support our SME and startup clients as an external CFO (and mandate lead)
- Lead projects on various client assignments in the finance/governance context, e.g., ESOP implementation, setting up controlling, tax rulings, restructurings, process optimizations, etc.
- Manage client engagements including annual financial statements, tax returns, etc.
- Provide professional leadership to colleagues
Requirements
- Solid finance education (university degree, auditor certification, STEX, or equivalent)
- Several years of practical experience with mandate responsibility — including annual financial statements, taxation and direct client management
- Extensive experience advising entrepreneurs in complex situations such as financing rounds, restructurings or OR 725 matters
- Strong digital competency
- Personality with leadership qualities and a passion for direct client interaction
