About the role

  • Designer responsible for creating and adapting digital content for various marketing platforms. Collaborating with teams to improve engagement and performance through visual communication.

Responsibilities

  • Create static designs, carousels, and short videos (reels, stories, shorts) for campaigns and social media;
  • Adapt creative assets to different formats and platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Display, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Participate in content planning with the social media and paid media/traffic team;
  • Produce and review content briefs for the brands' editorial calendars;
  • Monitor post performance, interactions, and engagement, proposing creative improvements;
  • Ensure all communications adhere to the agency's brand identity guidelines.

Requirements

  • Previous experience (including freelance or internship) in design and social media;
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects);
  • Basic knowledge of branding, copywriting, and digital aesthetics;
  • Good communication skills and curiosity about digital marketing and performance;
  • Organized and committed to meeting deadlines;
  • Minimum proven experience: 3 years
