Responsibilities
- Unterstützung bei Pitches und Discovery-Projekten durch technische Beratung
- Requirement Engineering für Discovery- und Neukundenprojekte übernehmen
- Bewertung des Projektumfangs und Entwicklung von Lösungsansätzen
- Kostenschätzungen erstellen
- Begleitung der Projektteams bei technischen Konzepten und Reviews
- Unterstützung während der Projektumsetzung
- Erklärung komplexer Sachverhalte in Workshops
- Präsentation unserer Kernprodukte und Lösungen in Demos und auf Events
- Regelmäßiger Erfahrungsaustausch mit Consulting- und Entwicklerteam
Requirements
- mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als technischer Berater, Technischer Projektleiter oder Solution Architekt
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Shop-Systemen (z.B. Shopware, Adobe Commerce, Spryker, Commercetools oder Shopify)
- tiefgehendes Verständnis des e-Commerce-Markts und der relevanten Plattformen
- starke Beratungs- und Architekturkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit den Anforderungen im e-Commerce-Bereich
- Starke Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten in PHP oder ähnlichen Technologien von Vorteil
- Fähigkeit, Kundenanforderungen zu analysieren, Geschäftsprobleme zu identifizieren und überzeugende Lösungsvorschläge zu entwickeln
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- sicheres Auftreten in Kundenpräsentationen
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Beratung, bei Dienstleistern oder in großen Agenturen.
