Responsibilities
Supporting 2 Senior Executives, with additional ad hoc admin tasks supporting the Events, Digital and Communication team
Manage complex and fast-paced diaries
Assist with organising meetings, booking meeting rooms
Coordinate and prioritise inbox communications, drafting responses
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Assist with preparing briefs, presentations and documentation
Assist with international travel and logistics for Executives and wider Storytelling team
Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
Support in completing expenses
Collaborate with fellow EAs to ensure smooth internal operations
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a comparable Executive Assistant or senior administrative role
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
