Responsibilities
Management of Selection Processes: Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for internship and employment vacancies (scheduling, group activities, interviews and feedback);
Interviews: Conduct individual and group interviews, using methodologies suited to a young audience (focus on potential, values, experiences and soft skills);
Report Writing: Draft technical and behavioral assessments of candidates, providing clear input to partner companies for decision-making;
Active Sourcing: Search for student profiles in databases (Student Scan) to fill vacancies;
Career Consulting: Guide students on professional conduct, resumes and behavior during selection process stages and interviews;
Metrics Analysis: Monitor metrics such as vacancy closure rates, SLA (time a vacancy is open), student conversion rates in processes and the quality of hires.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields;
Experience in Recruitment and Selection, preferably with a focus on entry programs (Internship, Young Apprentice or Trainee);
Proficiency in interview techniques (competency-based interviews, STAR, etc.);
Excellent writing skills, with the ability to prepare technical reports and synthesize evaluations;
Previous experience in educational institutions or HR consultancies.
