About the role

  • Manage the team, challenging assumptions, breaking paradigms and establishing ownership and governance of digital channels;
  • Create, implement and manage digital collections channels, bringing UX (user experience) and customer experience inputs to minimize friction and enable omnichannel engagement;
  • Develop and monitor performance funnels for digital collections channels (manage performance for owned and third-party channels) and track collection indicators such as amounts collected, commissions, costs, strategy, NPS (Net Promoter Score) and other metrics originating from digital channels;
  • Manage digital meritocracy through performance oversight of digital channels and collections marketplaces, and administration of third-party channels;
  • Responsible for managing the project backlog and creating new projects focused on collections improvement. Evaluate and prioritize initiatives and act as an acceleration agent for stakeholders, establishing governance for projects under management;
  • Define digitization, retention and conversion strategies for the funnel using digital marketing inputs and market best practices;
  • Act as an innovation driver by introducing new tools, channels and technologies aimed at improving the collections management process and digitization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Business Engineering, Strategic Management, Law or related fields;
  • Postgraduate degree preferred;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills;
  • Knowledge of the higher education market (preferred, not required) and of collections (required);
  • Knowledge of digitization strategy and digital marketing;
  • Experience in performance management of past-due accounts, digital channels and collections tools.
