About the role

• Junior Consultant managing customer projects from consulting to implementation in ECM and Cloud transformation. Analyzing business processes and developing technical solutions while training end-users.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for exciting client projects — from consulting and conceptual design to planning and implementation
• You will support transformations of traditional IT systems (on-premises) to our modern xSuite cloud solution
• As part of the transformation process, you will analyze business processes in the P2P (Procure-to-Pay) area
• You gather customer requirements and develop technical solution concepts
• You independently implement these concepts through to go-live
• You are also responsible for training end users

Requirements

• You hold a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
• You have gained initial professional experience in the ECM or capture consulting field
• Strong IT affinity
• Initial exposure to cloud technologies
• Basic knowledge of document capture/recognition and classification, fundamental accounting knowledge, and Microsoft Server know‑how are also highly desirable
• Enthusiasm for learning, strong motivation, initiative, and ability to work in a team
• Very good analytical skills, structured working methods, and a strong customer focus
• Confident communication skills in German and English (C1 level)
• Willingness to travel for projects (depending on client requirements)
