About the role
- Lead projects and coordinate communication for XR Bootcamp's events and proposals. Engage with partners and internal teams in a hybrid working environment in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and our internal team
- Draft project proposals and funding applications, and oversee marketing strategies
- Create, prioritize, and maintain project schedules; track milestones and deliverables
- Refine and document the prototype production workflow
Requirements
- Professional experience in events, XR, project management, and marketing
- Experience preparing proposals and marketing materials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient with project and task management software
- Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams using online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.)
