About the role

  • Sales closer responsible for managing educational course sales and conducting consultative meetings with leads. Focused on identifying client needs and closing sales effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with leads, guiding the sale of the course.
  • Conduct consultative meetings and sessions (voice and/or video) with a focus on immediate closing.
  • Deeply understand the lead’s profile and pain points, identify professional goals and demonstrate tangible gains from the postgraduate program.
  • Present proposals with clarity, authority and urgency, driving the lead to make a decision.
  • Overcome strategic objections (investment, time, technical uncertainty, etc.) using both technical and emotional arguments.
  • Meet and exceed monthly enrollment targets with a 100% focus on performance and revenue generation.
  • Contribute to commercial intelligence by suggesting improvements to the pitch, documenting recurring objections and proposing strategic adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree.
  • Proven experience in consultative sales with a focus on closing (B2C or B2B with mid/high ticket).
  • Strong persuasion skills and mastery of sales techniques.
  • Comfortable with aggressive targets and a variable, performance-based compensation model.
  • Ability to guide the customer’s decision with authority, empathy and a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication — professional and persuasive demeanor.
  • Preferred (strong plus):
  • Experience in the education, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or franchise sectors.
  • Experience working with a structured sales funnel (pre-sales + closing).
  • Knowledge of intelligent follow-up strategies and sales via WhatsApp / online meetings.
  • Performance-driven profile, financial ambition and an owner mindset.
  • Expected soft skills: strategic mindset and results orientation (not operational).
  • High energy, resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and learn the product rapidly.
  • Experience working in a remote/home-office model.
  • Have an adequate home office setup (desk, chair and a noise-free environment).
  • Reside in São Paulo / Greater São Paulo.
  • Availability to work on-site at the Vila Olímpia office whenever required by the company/leadership.
  • Wired internet connection with at least 10 Mbps (do not use Wi‑Fi).
  • Ability to operate multiple work platforms (WhatsApp, phone, chat and Microsoft Office).
