About the role

Senior Atlassian Consultant implementing various Atlassian tools for clients across different regions. Focusing on agile collaboration, ITSM, and project management solutions.

Responsibilities

You support our clients in implementing Atlassian tools, designing Confluence intranets, and developing Jira workflows.
You can support our clients in various areas such as agile collaboration, ITSM, service management, etc., depending on your strengths.
You advise our clients on selecting and integrating suitable Atlassian products into their existing infrastructures.
You analyze clients' requirements and business processes and identify opportunities to leverage Atlassian tools.
You develop collaborative intranets based on Confluence.
You design Jira workflows to digitize business processes.
You lead projects and coordinate our internal development team to extend the functionality of Atlassian tools through apps and macros.

You hold a university degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a related field and have relevant professional training.
You have extensive hands-on experience with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence.
You have successfully delivered projects for clients in German-speaking countries and are committed to understanding and continuously optimizing clients' processes and systems.
You place a strong emphasis on service orientation and customer satisfaction.
You value high quality, are dedicated and work independently.
With strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach, you will be a valuable addition to our team.
You have excellent German and English language skills.
You are interested in obtaining Atlassian certifications or already hold certifications that you would like to further develop with our support.
You have extensive practical experience administering Jira, Confluence or other Atlassian tools such as Bitbucket and Bamboo.
You have experience in independently managing projects and in project management within IT environments.
