About the role

  • Consultant en communication interne et accompagnement du changement chez Havas Paris. Piloter la conception et mise en œuvre des stratégies de communication et de conseil pour différents clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation and monitoring of consulting and communication strategies on internal and corporate matters
  • Implement communication activities in close collaboration with other agency teams
  • Operational project follow-up: take briefs, oversee creative and production processes, and coordinate involved teams
  • Manage budgets under your responsibility
  • Participate in pitches and calls for proposals

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in communications and/or human resources preferred
  • Familiarity with internal communications consulting and employee advocacy
  • Strong writing skills and excellent spelling and grammar
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills
  • Rigor and strong organizational skills for daily work
  • Curiosity, open-mindedness and adaptability in all situations
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+4/5) in political science (IEP), communications, or business school with a specialization in HR
