About the role
- Wound expert for a leading homecare company in Germany. Conducting patient visits and coordinating wound care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular on-site "wound visits"
- Instruct and guide caregivers in assessing wound progression and ensure an uninterrupted supply of materials
- Maintain close contact with your clients (outpatient nursing services, care facilities)
- Discuss wound healing progress and therapy-related complications for shared wound patients
- Regularly liaise with the treating physicians
- Work closely with our internal office team
- Support prescription management
- Build networks with other professional groups
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as a Registered Nurse, Pediatric Nurse, or Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)
- Experience with chronic wounds desirable
- Customer- and patient-oriented mindset and approach
- Commercial/business awareness
- Flexibility
- Ability to work independently and reliability
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
